CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the service, will be charged 50% of the originally quoted cost upon re-booking. This is a non refundable deposit.

Cancelation history is recorded. If more than two cancelations within 48 hours happen you will be required to pre pay for your service in full upon booking. This is a non refundable deposit.

REFUND POLICY

We do not offer refunds. Alterations of a service can be made up to two weeks after the original appointment as long as contact and communication is made within three days of said original service. Alterations are always offered at the end of each service.

RESPECT POLICY

ORB Hair Co. is an inclusive space for all. At no point is abusive, discriminatory, derogatory or disrespectful language or behaviour acceptable at ORB Hair Co. We are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for both staff and guests. We reserve the right to refuse service or discontinue service if any staff member our guest feels unsafe or is subject to inappropriate behaviour.
